tk3339 may permanently close an account and withhold any outstanding balances where: (a) a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; (b) the player has provided false registration information; (c) the player is found to be engaging in fraud, cheating, or bonus abuse; (d) a self-exclusion has been violated by re-registration; or (e) required to do so by applicable law or court order.

Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations apply to your balance.
